FUJINON XF 56mm F/1.2 R Prime Lens Summary
This new lens from Fujifilm is designed for their X-series range of cameras, and as such reflects the premium quality look and feel that those cameras feature. The lens itself features a fast f/1.2 aperture which delivers beautiful background bokeh, making it ideal for portraiture.
The XF56mm F1.2 R combines an inner focus mechanism and a DC coreless motor for rapid autofocusing speeds, which are boosted further when used with a X-series camera body that supports phase detection AF. The structure and positioning of the focusing unit reduces sound and vibration for silent operation and with no lens barrel movement during focusing, the structure effectively prevents dust particles from getting into the lens and degrading picture quality.
Like other Fujifilm XF lenses the XF 56mm has been designed to provide users with a comfortable shooting experience and has a premium quality finish.
