Whether you’re heading out for a multi-day trip or an afternoon hike, the Summit Creative Medium Rolltop Camera Backpack Tenzing 30L Green offers an excellent combination of comfort and versatility.
The design and features of this camera backpack cater to both outdoor adventurers and photographers, boasting a fully adjustable harness system with comfortable shoulder straps, a sternum strap, and an adjustable, removable multifunction waist strap. You can access your camera equipment via the secure rear-opening main compartment, which is also configurable to meet different equipment requirements, or through the side zipped access when you need to grab your camera quickly.
A dedicated 14-inch laptop sleeve is located inside, and the practical rolltop offers an additional 5 litres of storage capacity for items like jackets, waterproofs, and anything else you might need for outdoor adventures.
The rugged 420D water-repellent and wear-resistant fabric is ideal for travel and hikes, using YKK zips and branded buckles, which are all designed to withstand the elements. The backpack also includes a luggage passthrough strap on the rear and is carry-on compliant with several airlines, although we always recommend checking with your airline prior to flying.
The large rear zipped panel or convenient side access ensures you can reach your equipment quickly and securely. A configurable, scratch-resistant, and shockproof HSP-EVA Core Divider Protection system keeps your equipment safe, and the dividers are fully removable, allowing you to repurpose the bag as a pure adventure backpack when you don’t need to bring any photo equipment. A well-considered exterior hanging system also includes straps for attaching a tripod, skis, walking poles, lighting stands, and plenty of other gear you may want to bring.

The backpack features an ergonomic inverted "U"-shaped aluminium tube support structure that ensures stability, reduces shake, and helps lighten the load to your back. An integrated breathable back pad, along with adjustable multifunction shoulder straps, chest strap, and waist belt, ensures a high level of configurability, comfort and excellent ventilation, even during long outdoor treks fully loaded with equipment.
Made from high-tech, water-resistant and wear-resistant fabric, the backpack includes YKK waterproof zippers and durable branded buckles. The adjustable equipment compartment uses an HPS-EVA core protection system, while a variety of external hanging capabilities allow you to adapt to changing outdoor needs by bringing gear specially for each situation. Adaptable storage with easy access
Customise the internal storage space for your equipment and personal items by configuring the internal divider system to accommodate the full, half, or any other amount of equipment you need. The top space below the rolltop can even be expanded to accommodate instances when you have more clothing or personal items.
A secure reverse opening design with quick left-side access allows easy access to your camera, while the expandable front pocket significantly increases the capacity of the outer pocket, making it perfect for storing quick-access items. It can even accommodate a camera stabiliser or similar equipment.
The side pocket of the Tenzing camera bag is designed to fit a large water bottle, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who need to stay hydrated, and it includes a dedicated rain cover for protection against the elements.
Professional carrying system
The stress-relief ergonomic carry system features an inverted U-shaped aluminium pipe and a custom-made 3D integrated moulding EVA back panel, providing premium support and comfort. The adjustable high-performance XPE S-shaped shoulder straps also include handy pockets for storing your phone, a small water bottle, or any other items you need quick access to.
A fully adjustable and removable waist strap features a pocket to keep small belongings secure and readily available, while the sternum chest strap is equipped with a universal safety whistle for emergencies.
Additional features
This hiking and camera backpack combines a range of useful features for photographers and adventurers that might otherwise go unnoticed. These include the blue interior, which makes it easy to locate even small accessories stored inside.

Condition guide
Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.

This product has been thoroughly tested by our team of photographers and we are happy to give a 6 month warranty as a result. The number of tests depends on the individual product but we are confident in this product having tested all the major functions. Anything that isn’t as you would expect, we then make a note of and show this in the condition notes on the page.
