The Optech Super Classic Sling camera strap (black) lets you carry loads of up to 6.8kg making it perfect for full frame DSLR and mirrorless camera users. It’s on of Optech’s most popular camera straps thanks to clever and comfortable features for photographers. An internal control-stretch system and non-skid surface backing keep the sling securely on either the left or right shoulder.

Optech Super Classic Sling In More Detail
The Optech Super Classic Sling is a streamlined sling-style strap for mirrorless and SLR cameras using heavier lenses. The Super Classic Sling™ offers the best of both worlds with a compact design with added reinforcement and support to handle the extra weight.
As many photographers prefer to keep the attachment on the camera as short as possible, Optech Uni-Loop™ Connectors fit the bill perfectly. They secure easily on the camera and glide smoothly up and down the sling for rapid access to the camera. As the Uni-Loop™ Connectors attach to the normal connection area on a camera, there’s no need to give up the tripod mount. This keeps the gear in a more accessible position instead of hanging upside down which can put more torque and pressure on the camera housing and lens mount area. Most cameras will attach with a single Uni-Loop™ connector; however, cameras with a second attachment point on the right side, or cameras with battery grips can use two. An adjustable “stop” lets the photographer configure the position where the camera hangs best. The quick disconnects allow one to change from a sling configuration to a more conventional neck/shoulder strap by simply attaching Optech Extension System Connectors (sold separately). This makes the strap extremely versatile so that it changes along with the photographer’s needs.
The comfortable neoprene pad features a non-skid surface backing which really grips to the shoulder. It can be worn on either the right or left shoulder which increases its versatility over most other slings on the market. The internal control-stretch system combined with a comfort-stretch binding assures a durable strap that offers maximum comfort and support.
The quick adjust feature allows the length to be instantly shortened or lengthened as desired. This is great for hiking through dense brush or navigating large crowds as the camera can be cinched up close to the body for added security. To return the sling to its regular size, all that is needed is to lift the upper connector with a single finger and pull the camera down into shooting position. See more Optech straps here.

Condition guide
Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.

This product has been thoroughly tested by our team of photographers and we are happy to give a 6 month warranty as a result. The number of tests depends on the individual product but we are confident in this product having tested all the major functions.
