Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-300mm f/3.5 6.3G ED VR
If you want a lens that you can take travelling, that can be used in a variety of different situations, but that doesn’t weigh you down, this is an excellent lens to choose. This lens offers the same reach as Nikons existing 18-300mm ED VR lens, but due to Nikon’s advancements in lens design has a much more compact design, which in turn means it’s lighter.
Despite being lighter, Nikon have not comprised on image quality, as it delivers sharp, high contrast images, using three ED glass and three aspherical lens elements. Nikon’s extra-low dispersion (ED) glass elements also minimise chromatic aberration, even at the widest aperture settings, and the aspherical lens elements virtually eliminate aberrations.
