An on camera field monitor from Atomos, the Ninja Inferno is the secret ingredient to unlock the professional capability of 4K 60p cameras like the Panasonic GH5. Bypass the internal recording limitations and take full advantage of the sensor by recording to the camera's maximum colour accuracy, colour resolution and dynamic range with 4:2:2 10-bit V-Log-L recorded as full iFrame to high bitrate Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR. The 10-bit calibrated HDR panel takes the guesswork out of exposing for V-Log-L and is backed up by a suite of professional scopes that can be used even in direct sunlight thanks to the 1500nit panel brightness. Atomos' renowned and award-winning features, such as Time Lapse, 3D LUTs, playlisting and more can also be found inside Ninja Inferno.

Finish the shoot and forge ahead in the editing suite - just drop your files directly onto the timeline, use XML tagging from the field and even take a PQ / HLG signal from your Mac or PC to use the Ninja Inferno as a HDR grading reference. Professional ConnectivityThe rugged case with built-in armor houses an arsenal of professional connectivity including full size HDMI 2.0 for signals up to 4K 60p, a HDMI output for playback or play-out to a view finder or other monitors, a hot swappable dual battery system for continuous power backed up with DC mains connectivity, auto HDMI start/stop recording trigger from selected Canon, Sony, Panasonic and Nikon cameras and even conversion of interlace video from your camera to progressive with built-in 3:2 and 2:2 pulldown. High resolution, High bit rate recordingRecording 4K 60p within the camera might seem enough but recording with the wrong codec restricts flexibility in post and even risks having your footage technically rejected. Ninja Inferno records direct from the sensor as full individual frames just like film to 4K 60p Apple Pro-Res or Avid DNxHR with 10-bit colour information and precise yet efficient 4:2:2 colour encoding. Monitor Log in HDRRecording Log captures the full dynamic range of the sensor but the washed out nature of Log makes judging exposure difficult. AtomHDR, with 10+ stops of dynamic range and a patented HDR waveform & slider, removes the exposure guesswork with Log by accurately displaying the final HDR result in real time. With a correctly exposed Log recording, you can grade for HDR delivery or as Rec709 with significantly less noise. High Brightness for Outdoor shootingThe 7" 1920 x 1200 monitor not only has the resolution and pixel density to make every shot look amazing, the high brightness 1500nit screen is almost 4 times the brightness of conventional field monitors and lets you shoot outdoors without glare affecting the visibility of the image. This makes it a great choice for gimbals, Steadicam and director's monitors, delivering a crisp 4K image without the bulk and viewing angle restrictions of a sun hood. Playback review with Clients & CrewBy combining a recorder and monitor, directors and clients can review shots away from the camera complete with playback control, XML tagging for favourite collation, and playlist generation. It's even possible to play out to larger SDR or HDR monitors with support for Rec709, PQ or HLG. Condition guide
Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.

This product has been thoroughly tested by our team of photographers and we are happy to give a 6 month warranty as a result. The number of tests depends on the individual product but we are confident in this product having tested all the major functions. Anything that isn’t as you would expect, we then make a note of and show this in the condition notes on the page.
