With such a busy period for our customers just about to start, we’re disappointed to be closing our stores from Thursday 5th November.

We continue to offer Next Day Delivery on all items, and you are still able to enjoy Free Delivery for all orders over £50.
Contact-free home delivery for all our deliveries via DPD and Royal Mail are now as standard. This gives you the peace of mind of no hand-to-hand contact and the driver can leave the delivery safely at your door. Where a signature is required, the delivery driver will take a photograph of the parcel at the point of delivery. You do not need to take any action to enable this. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses do not survive for long periods of time on objects such as letters or parcels.
Unlike in March, we will be able to offer our Click and Collect service.
We will be offering Click and Collect from our Burgess Hill branch only.
In order for us to give you the best shopping and collecting experience, the process for collecting items from our Burgess Hill store will be as follows:
Please wait to receive confirmation via email and/or text message that your order is ready for collection before traveling to our store
Please park in a designated ‘Click and Collect’ bay in our large car park
Our doors will be closed. Simply knock and we will serve you.
You will pay for the item at collection. We can only accept Credit/Debit card payments.
Collections will be available 7 days a week, Monday – Saturday from 9am to 5.30pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
This is a collection point only. You will not be able to view or handle products.
All orders that had previously been placed using our Click and collect service for our London store will be held. We will endeavour to contact each customer and arrange for delivery of the item if required.
Click and Collect services for our London store will be suspended on our website until further notice.
We will continue to work to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible.
Our contact centre remains open and operational 7 days a week, Monday – Saturday from 9am to 5.30pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
Our team are working from home where possible and where necessary within the office to ensure we continue to serve our customers. The team is strictly observing social distancing rules and is split across various rooms within the office building, avoiding all contact with each other. We have increased our professional cleaning routines to reduce the risk of transmission.

From the 5th November 2020 our photo lab will be operating as a 'Click & Collect' and online home delivery service only until further notice.
For Click & Collect orders, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to collect from the store.
You can continue to book an appointment with us online for our virtual shopping experience. With this we can connect with you via Microsoft Teams and expertly advise you on any products you are interested in. We can complete the order and you will be able to order your item for home delivery or Click and collect – all from the comfort and safety of your own home.
This service will be available every Tuesday from 9am to 5.30pm starting on 10th November.

You are also still able to trade in your used gear for cash or to trade up via our free collection service and via the telephone, so please do not hesitate to contact us or use the link to complete an 'all-online' trade in: sell or part exchange.
Regarding our events, all events and School of Photography courses have been postponed or cancelled. Please be aware that events may be subject to last-minute cancellation but be assured that attendees will be informed and refunded as necessary.
We are however offering webinars and 1-2-1 sessions with our supplier experts, we will post the links for all of these when they are up and running.
We continue to strictly follow and apply the relevant local public authorities’ and Public Health England guidelines, while safeguarding the health of our colleagues as our number one priority. Specific preventative measures already in place at our warehouse include:
Reduced teams working in strict adherence to Government/NHS protocols and advice
Specific protective equipment (non-medical grade) has been provided to all colleagues
Strictly observing social distancing guidelines. This includes social distancing advice and dedicated individual workspaces.
Best practices to prevent coronavirus transmission – this includes guidelines on frequent hand washing.
All common areas sanitised frequently with increased professional cleaning schedule in place.
We are closely monitoring the evolving situation, and the safety of our colleagues remains our number one priority.
Unfortunately, our suppliers and our certified repair agents have confirmed they are currently not taking in any repairs. Therefore, we would ask that you email us to log your repair and we will arrange collection as soon as the repair centres are reopened. We will of course honour all warranties if they are logged with us and need to be extended. We apologise for any issues this causes but will look to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
