Canon EOS R5 Mark II / EOS R1 Hands-on Session - London Photography & Video Trade Show 2025

We’ve teamed up with Canon UK to offer a range of personal 1-2-1 sessions at the Park Cameras stand [92-95] at the London Photography & Video Trade Show 2025, where you can find out more about either their flagship EOS R1 or the advanced EOS R5 Mark II mirrorless cameras – both of which set new standards for performance and creativity and have arguably been the most anticipated editions of the EOS R mirrorless range.

By attending one of our sessions, you’ll be able to get up-close and personal with the EOS R5 Mark II or EOS R1, aided by a technical expert from Canon UK who will be able to answer any questions you might have about the camera. As part of the session, you’ll be able to get to handle the camera for yourself and get a feel for its capabilities.

The EOS R1 boasts advanced features that enable news and sports professionals to capture the headline shot every time, whilst the EOS R5 Mark II is built for a wide range of hybrid professionals to tackle any creative project.

The release of the EOS R1 and EOS R5 Mark II full frame mirrorless cameras marks a monumental moment in Canon’s history – the EOS R1 being the first camera in the EOS R range within the EOS-1 series – known for its legacy of high performance and reliability. The EOS R5 Mark II succeeds the highly acclaimed EOS R5 which combined high resolution, speed and 8K movie performance.

Whether you’re a professional photographer using the camera as a tool, or a keen enthusiast to help pursue your passion, these sessions will cater to your requirements, and are designed to help give you the information you need to help with your photography.

Each session will be personal, lasting for 20 minutes. Please aim to arrive at the Park Cameras stand 10 minutes before you’re scheduled slot is due to start and bring a pen and paper for any notes you might wish to make.

Should you have more questions after your slot, there will be plenty of opportunity to speak to a member of the Canon team on their stand opposite Park Cameras.

Please note, for entrance to the show you’ll have needed to pre-register to avoid the £10 entry fee. You can register for your place at thesocieties.net/convention until 14th January 2025.

What to expect at the London Photo and Video Trade Show:

Upon attending the show, you'll find a wide range of some of the biggest photographic brands where you can get hands-on with some of the latest products currently available, and get expert advice on what products might suit your needs the best.
